Welcome to this fantastic house, for 6 guests, in Son Serra de Marina, located at only 1 km from its beautiful beach.
Enjoy a beach holiday in this wonderful house. The beach is only 1 km away, so after a good breakfast under the porch, you can go for a stroll, swim, sunbathe and have as much fun as you like. On your return, you can relax in the open air on the furnished terrace.
Inside the house it breathes a strong sensation of peace, thanks to some spacious and well-kept stays. The living-dining room is simply ideal to relax watching satellite-TV, resting or eating all together. The kitchen, with access to the terrace, is equipped with induction hob and the essential to cook as at home. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and two of them with two single beds. There are a cot and a high-chair available. Another bathroom with shower services the entire house. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Son Serra de Marina is a familiar residential area that draws to that persons looking for tranquility and beach. Its beach is made of rock, sand and pebble and it is still a pretty virgin beach. In the town there are some restaurants and indispensable shops but to make large purchases you can go to Ca’n Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia, both of which are very lively places.

The accommodation was simple, the furniture a little shabby. What we lacked was soap in the bathroom and more than one toilet paper. I don't think these are expensive items to provide comfortable accommodation. Towel rails and a kettle would also have been useful. The mattresses, bed linen and towels were old. We also found a cockroach in the room. We were also surprised to find it necessary to take the rubbish out of the house when we checked-out.

It would be a good idea to air out the whole house before guests arrive.
The second bathroom lacks a place to store towels.
Occasionally a cockroach appeared. This made our stay slightly unpleasant. However, after buying cleaning products, we solved the problem.
