Modern apartment, for 3 people, with a beautiful terrace situated virtually on the paradisiacal beach of S'Illot.
With astonishing views of the white sand and the crystal-clear waters of S’Illot beach, the terrace of this fantastic apartment becomes an absolutely dreamlike place. Imagine taking tasty breakfasts or just relaxing on the outdoor sofas and armchairs contemplating the sea and the mountains with a glass of wine at sunset. Meanwhile, it is obvious that you are not going to lose the opportunity to go down to the beach and spend a magnificent day.
Inside this seventh floor apartment, with elevator, you will find a fantastic kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with a beautiful kitchen with ceramic hob, a dining table and a comfortable sofa where you can relax watching TV or just reading a book next to a spectacular landscape. There are two dormitories with a double bed and wardrobe; one of them has space to accommodate a cot and a high chair. The bathroom of the house has a shower. And, of course, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
S’Illot is a quiet coastal village, belonging to the municipality of Manacor, with an incredible sandy beach. The zone is full of shops, bars, restaurants and much more. If you like golf, the closest course is Canyamel Golf, located at only 13.9 km.

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten sauberen Zustand als wir ankamen und die Bilder wieder spiegeln genau die Realität der Wohnung. Für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt ist die Wohnung und die darin enthaltene Küche sehr gut ausgestattet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt Bis auf die zwei negativen Punkte die wir auch beschrieben haben können wir die Wohnung voll umfänglich empfehlen sie liegt direkt am Strand somit kann man auch mal bequem kurz ins Meer um zu baden. Das Team von Homerti dass sich um die Wohnung kümmert konnten wir direkt telefonisch erreichen und man hat uns in Bezug auf die beschriebene Alarmanlage sofort geholfen. Das war sehr gut
In der Wohnung ist eine Alarmanlage eingebaut die bei einem Stromausfall sehr laut stark auslöste. Man selbst ist dann nicht in der Lage die Alarmanlage auszuschalten das hat der Eigentümer der Wohnung dann über das Internet gemacht Mit der Alarmanlage ist auch eine Sprechanlage verbunden die über das Internet funktioniert so dass man zumindest rein theoretisch auch hören könnte was dort in der Wohnung passiert. Das fanden wir nicht so toll Die Verschattung des großen Balkons fährt automatisch nach einiger Zeit ohne dass man erkennt warum wieder zurück. Diese Programmierung ist sehr unvorteilhaft weil man dann ständig mit der Fernbedienung die Anlage wieder vorfahren muss

Fantastisk udsigt - god plads - dejligt køle/frys. Elevator. Velfungere strandområde. Velfungerende klimaanlæg. Perfekt terrasse, med skygge de rigtige steder - og lige i deres musik og festuge, så fri underholdning.
Nøgleboksen til hoveddøren er gemt bag nedløbsrør og badedyr, når man kommer i nabobutiks åbningstid, det bør fremgå af vejledning til nøgleboksene. Skabslåger og håndklædeholder bør eftergås med skruetrækker, de hænger eller er ved at falde af flere steder.
