About this villa rental
The VILLINA is independent and is located in a wonderful private property with a wide and calm garden. Wonderful and clear view the city and on the big River. There is a garden, terrace, Air Conditioner. Internet and free WIFI. Large private parking in the property. It is only 15 minutes driving to Torino historic center. 300 meters to the bus Stop number 67. 500. Our lovely Villina has been restorated and is a fabulous rental for relax vacation in family or with friends to discover and for visiting Torino. It is closed to Castel Real, museums and very closed to groceries, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, cafe and restaurents and pizzerias, fitness centers, Tennis, clubs, Golf clubs, Rowing clubs on the River ...
There is a large living and Dining room, with TV, NETFLIX, and Apple TV. A kitchen with Nespresso opening on a large Terrace. There are 2 bedrooms with Balcony. 1 shower room between the 2 bedrooms

Perfect place for our visit to Turin and all the rest of the Piedmonte. Beautiful view over city and the Alps from the terasses aound the house. The house has everything you need and especially nice were all the Airco's throughout the house as it was very hot. Easy drive into Turin and all surrounding sites . The owners were on holiday but the caretakers of the house were very friendly and helpfull but only spoke Italian. We managed with hands and feets. One comment on the negative site is that we had several days that we intended to go for a shower in the morning and we had no water. Watering the garden was appearantly the reason for that, stopping that gave us the water.
That being said, we had a very pleasant stay close to the city and area we love.

This property is in a lovely section of Turin, out of the way, but with easy access to the city center by bus. The estate is owned by the friendliest European couple who were busy with their own summer plans, but there is care-taker on site at all times. Thank goodness for google translator!
As we have experienced many times, the true measure of a great rental experience is not perfection (which is so rare) but truly caring and responsive property owners who make every effort to rapidly find solutions to problems which inevitably arise.
