El apartamento está muy limpio y todo nuevo, tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar, las camas muy cómodas y la terraza con vistas al mar espectacular. Está muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de restaurantes y ocio, todo muy cómodo.
No me gustó que las zonas comunes del edificio están muy anticuadas, y que por la noche se escucha la música de los bares hasta tarde, algo que a mí no me molesta pero a personas que les cueste dormir o con niños pequeños les puede molestar.

El apartamento estaba bien situado, muy limpio y tenía de todo, muy recomendable
Las escaleras para bajar a la playa, pero eso es inevitable en la playa de Rocha, por poner un pero poco importante el acceso al edificio y los ascensores están bastante viejos

Very well equipped with absolutely everything you may need during your stay. Moments from the beach with a great sea view from the sixth floor. Good internet enabled TV in lounge area. Very economical to get an uber to the various supermarkets. Very quiet, not many guests in the building
