亀の井ホテルをよく利用しています。一関も、部屋、朝食バイキング、夕食、夜食サービス、ロビーでのフリードリンクサービス、スタッフ対応、すべて満足です。
唯一、お風呂がダメでした。壊れているのか、改修中なのかは判りませんが、使えない設備が多い。サウナなし。露天風呂のお湯がぬるい。

お料理が大変美味しかった。
８階のお部屋でしたが、自販機が２階のお風呂の脱衣場か売店でしか買えませんでした。 ウォーターサーバーがありましたが、ペットボトルが欲しかったのでちょっと大変でした
