Thyme Inn on Greenway

Location was perfect and the surrounding area felt very safe and secure, which made the stay even more relaxing. The property itself exceeded expectations — it looks even more stunning in person than in the pictures. Every detail was beautifully presented, making it a truly pleasant and memorable surprise.

It was a bit confusing to determine which room is considered the main bedroom. The room with the much bigger bed does not have an en-suite, while the en-suite room has a smaller bed, making the setup unclear. Additionally, the larger bed was somewhat uncomfortable and slightly noisy and bumpy when turning during the night, which affected sleep quality. Parking was also a bit awkward, with no garage or carport available. The TV setup was somewhat limiting, as there was no smart TV for personal logins and the DStv offering had restricted channels.

Great location, love the property and gardens, clean, comfortable bed

The use of space in the unit should be reconsidered. The coffee station is where you do your hair and make up (mirror is there) and work with your laptop (plug is there.) There is an entire section that could have a much bigger working / dressing area. We were two people with only 1 teaspoon. No facilities to wash the dishes. No washing liquid or cloths. (Room was not serviced during our stay). The little kettle makes a huge mess. The pillows and pillow cases should be replaced (not dirty, just very worn).

The guests staying in unit 25 and 26 were loud, and disorderly at 5 30 am till 8 am which ruined our experience, no one addressed it on the resort? If you offer coffee tea facilities, leave min 2 spoons and enough tea, coffee, sugar, and milk for 2 guests booked if you charge a higher rate.
