The office staff were very helpful indeed, but did not really make it clear where the room was. Indeed when we arrived at the property we enrolled quite a few people to help find the right door and then had to phone the office as we could not find it. In the end it proved simply when you were told and walked through from the front door. The office staff were helpful again but it may have saved a lot of time to have told told where to go first.
Simple things like the provision of Soap, washing up liquid and items that would be easy and help reduce waste at the end of the stay. There must be a lot that is thrown away at the end of each week's stay - certainly by those who travel by plane.

Good ski slope access, and onwards to all 3 valleys. Nice views of the mountains. Sherpa groceries and ski shops nearby.
Collecting the sheets and towels and keys from an agency 20 mins walk away from the property was not made clear ahead of booking or until arrival, and very difficult as we had been skiing on the day of arrival. Poor, misleading communication over lack of Wi-Fi.
