Comfy, lots of little touches. Great balcony with view

Cleanliness. Also, nicely furnished, the air conditioning and washer/dryer. However the lanai was the best part. Enjoyed eating and relaxing outside.
The twin bed frames were a bit wobbly for adults.

Location, spacious, great kitchen stocked well with equipment, cleanliness, awesome lanai, very nice owners, very comfortable beds. Great WiFi. No cable TV and we accessed live TV from WiFi and used our HDMI cable to put on TV screen. We were very content.
