- Easy check-in instructions, key is in the lockbox at the property - Quick communication from the host re check in - Powerful shower - Bottle of wine and water provided - There is iron and iron board

- Parking is not as the picture on the booking shows. Parked first at the spot as shown on the picture and then got a neighbour knocking on our door asking us to move the car. Picture shows parking is right outside the window and in front of the building door. It is actually right at the back of the building next to bushes and in the morning the car was covered in leaves and dirt from trees. - Biggest issue is that the walls are made of paper. You can hear absolutely everything from the next door neighbours, from the building staircase and from the outside. If you think staying in city centre is noisy and this kind of location will be quiet - the answer is no, it is worse than on any busy street in city centre. The noise was very bad until about 1am and then started again at exactly 5am. Next door neighbours’ door is so close to the studio door that it seems like they are opening your door when they get in an out of their flat. - Bedsheets were very uncomfortable, had stains and you could tell they were used about one million times before. - TV didn’t have channels and kept asking for password which was not given. - Water from the shower floods the floor badly and does not properly flow through the floor drain. - There is no washing machine - There is no hair dryer - There is no A/C, just a fan which was quite noisy
