La propreté de l'appartement est irréprochable. L'appartement est mal valorisé sur les photos : le salon est lumineux, avec une superbe vue sur la vallée de Zermatt et les sommets enneigés, notamment sur le fameux Weisshorn (voir notre photo). Une grande terrasse permet de profiter de la vue au calme. Le centre de Grächen et ses maisons pittoresques n'est qu'à quelques minutes de marche, et on y trouve aussi des bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique (2 x 22 kWh et 2 x 150 kWh)
Les hôtes sont très gentils, mais ne parlent qu'allemand.
