The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was well equipped and in a great location. The owner was really nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend.

Disappointing.

The location in the town was good, a few steps away from the river and the and restaurants and bars, although it was difficult to find. The apartment was clean. .......now read the bad part >>>

Well, difficult to know where to start...... I've attached some photos of what this place really looks like from the outside, which will verify what I'm about to say. Firstly, the place is really difficult to find if you have a car, as the entrance is off a dirt track at the end of a very narrow street. You then have to walk through a smelly garage, down some awkward steps and into another garage before you find the front door. The property currently has a large and noisy building site in front of it, which you have to carefully walk around to reach the river. Our room was on the ground floor and lacked daylight. It was also quite cold at night - so no need for any air conditioning, which was just as well, because there is none. We never met the host - the keys were just in a safe lock outside the door.

Lovely apartment by the river

Lovely apartment right by the river, close to cafes / restaurants and an easy walk to the station. Tzina was very friendly and clear with check in/ out instructions, and very responsive to questions. We actually ended up staying again another night on our way back through!

A relief in this hot Summer

The apartment temperature was always cool, despite the 37° outside. There was no need for an aircon or fan. It was fantastic. The landlady also left some card/board games inside the flat, and we enjoyed playing with them.During the evenings when it was raining outside, we enjoyed watching Netflix, which is available on the apartment TV. The landlady was very kind. She came to pick us up at the station and also suggested and invited us to local festivities.Plenty of places to visit in the area, we had a fantastic holiday

Roomy well stocked apartment in a great central location on the river front

Great location near all the bars and cafes along the river front near the centre of town. It was very quiet , very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking oils, salt, coffee, coffee filters, vinegar, paper towels etc. the balcony with a garden view was great place to relax and enJoy a meal. There was ample space to park any size car behind the apartment.

Nothing much. Bathroom was a little small and the shower had no door or curtain so that it was very hard not to get the bathroom floor wet

We did not plan to stay at Florina, but luckily we did. The hostesses was very responsive to our late booking and very welcoming. The apartment was very nice, clean, fits two persons at least. A cute small balkony with view at the garden and the city, is what you need for your breakfast, or a late drink. The location of the apartment is unique. Value for money.

Excellent place, great value for money, clean and the hostesss is very welcoming and helpful. She volunteered to pick us up from the train station and allowed us to leave our luggage at the premises after the check out time so as we don't have to carry them until our departure time.

Great location and great host.

The host seems very thoughtful; there were cotton buds and bandaids in the bathroom, several different kinds of coffee in the kitchen, and there was a little booklet of things to do in town.

Could've used an extra pillow in the bedroom, but that was a very minor thing.

Nice flat in a beautiful location

This is a very nice and well-furnished apartment – there is everything you need for a short (or not so short) stay. We've been there in summer and it was great that the flat, which is on the ground floor, was really cool, even though we had more than 35° outside. There is enough room to park your car just behind the house, everything worked fine and our host was very kind and helpful. What is best about this apartment, though, is the beautiful location: You're just next to the river, the most beautiful part of the city (and perfect for a walk), everything is close by, and when you are sitting on the beautiful terrace and look at the garden, you hear the distant voices from the cafes and feel like you are in the middle of the city, but you still have your privacy – just perfect!

The bed was a bit soft for our taste – but nothing serious.

Good choice in an interesting and lively town

Nice and clean little flat on the riverside near the centre of Florina, ideal base for hiking-tours in the area. Lots of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away on the other side of the small river. Tzina, the host, is a very kind person and will help you at once if there are any questions or problems. But her father is the better plumber. ; )

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η τοποθεσία εκπληκτική, βρίσκεται ακριβώς πίσω από το ποτάμι, κινούμασταν παντού με τα πόδια. Η κυρία Τζίνα ήταν από τις πιο καλές οικοδέσποινες που έχουμε συναντήσει, την ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Υπέροχο 3ήμερο στη Φλώρινα

Επισκεφτήκαμε το διαμερίσμα οικογενειακώς με τα δυο παιδιά μας (5χρ, 2χρ). Το σπίτι ήταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με θέση parking, είχε πάντα ζέστη και ζεστό νερό και ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι πάρα πολυ φιλόξερη και μας είχε αφήσει στο σπίτι λιχουδίες και παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Εννοείται θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά. Ευχαριστούμε Τζίνα για όλα!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Ίσως λίγο πιο ακριβό από το αναμενόμενο, αλλά είναι high season τα Χριστούγεννα στη Φλώρινα.

Πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο διαμέρισμα.Πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις μέσα.Πολύ κοντά στα κανάλια και τις καφετέριες της Πόλης.

Ο χώρος στάθμευσης θα μπορούσε να είναι αρκετά καλύτερος στην πίσω πλευρά του κτιρίου.Είναι ένα δρόμος με λάσπη και λακούβες κάτι που καθιστά αρκετά δύσκολο το να μην λερωθείς καθώς παρκάρεις και κατευθύνσεσαι στην είσοδο του κτιρίου.

Άριστη διαμονή στο κέντρο της πόλης

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, λειτουργικό και πολύ καθαρό! Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με μαγειρικά σκεύη( κατσαρόλες, τηγάνια, μπρίκι κτλ) και μικροσυσκευές ( βραστήρας, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κτλ). Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και διαθέτει και πάρκιγκ. Όλες οι μετακινήσεις μπορούν να γίνουν άνετα με τα πόδια. Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα άψογη. Ρωτήσαμε αν υπάρχει παρκοκρέβατο για τη δέκα μηνών κόρη μας και επειδή δεν διέθετε αγόρασε καινούριο για εμάς ώστε να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ελπίζω να καταφέρουμε να ξαναέρθουμε!
