This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe is perfect for up to four guests. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, and there’s a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is the balcony — perfect for enjoying the fall colors and crisp mountain air. Granite counter tops in the full kitchen provide plenty of space to whip up great mountain meals and après-ski snacks. There’s seating for four at the dining table and three more at the kitchen counter.
You’ll enjoy access to the shared hot tub and pool, as well as an onsite gym. You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place Resort, located at the top of the gondola. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, shuttle service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

We had a great experience using Summit Mountain Rentals for their overall ease of booking and check in and communication throughout the trip. The unit itself was spacious enough for our family of 4 with two younger children. The location was fantastic and the ease of using both the on call shuttle and the town of Breck bus right at the complex as well was nice to have. The unit was well maintained and appointed nicely and the building itself was very nice with a super friendly and courteous front desk. On site amenities like the hot tub and common areas were a big hit with the kids and little things like a small place inside to get snacks like popcorn, ice cream, frozen pizzas, etc.. was just very convenient. Would def stay here again and always love using summit mountain rentals as they always provide great service.
