Fabrizio is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Maar let op, hij spreekt voornamelijk italiaans dus google translate in de aanslag. Wij hebben hier samen met een ander gezin (in totaal 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen) 2 hele fijne weken gehad. De tuin is een cadeautje, heerlijk grasveld om met de kids op te spelen en natuurlijk het zwembad en de tafeltennistafel. Verder over het gehele terrein verschillende zitjes en ook een grote tafel waar je prima aan kunt zitten voor ontbijt of avondeten. Met de auto ben je meestal met 30 minuten bij leuke dorpjes en steden zoals Siena.

The location is amazing and the house has all the comfort you want for a big family, we were with 9 adults and 2 small children. Kitchen equipment is sufficient and towels are provided. great shadowed areas for breakfast/dinner and a barbecue ready to fire. The cars are parked under a roof. Super large and clean swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a large garden for playing games. It further offers a pingpong-table and a soccer-table. No need to leave the estate, only for doing groceries. Good large grocery stores are nearby. We all were very satisfied and recommend this to everyone.
During our stay Italy had its own vacation, and some restaurants nearby were closed. But that was a good reason to visit some nice historical places searching for places to eat, and of course we found many.

Very nice villa in a very nice location. The owner (living in the other part of the house) is very friendly and does his best to ensure a perfect stay, while at the same time you do not take notice that someone else is staying in the house. The pool is great, the garden beautiful and the house refurbished in original Tuscany style. A perfect place to stay, if you are looking for really relaxing days with the family. There is also table tennis, a nice playground for children and some workout equipment (treadmill, etc.). Siena and Firenze within 1h - but we decided to stay just in the villa and at the pool, because it was so relaxing to be there!
