A praia da Maranduba é incrível!!!O apto é super perto, lugar acessível, supermercado,farmácia,lojas diversas, tudo próximo do apto. O apto é perfeito para quem busca simplicidade e acessibilidade.. Ambiente super limpo e muito arejado. Não usamos o carro..Amei principalmente a acessibilidade, a praia é bem cheia, mas ótima para famílias com crianças..A proprietária é muito atenciosa. O zelador quem nos recebe no local é muito gentil e prestativo! Foram ótimos dias!!

o imovel em si é bom e tambem a localizaçao, alguns item na cozinha sao novos, como geladeira que é otima , bem como forno micro ondas..
nota zero para itens de cozinha :
falta talheres, especialmente faca de cozinha que so tem 2.
nao tem escumadeira para o arroz, nao tem concha para o feijao, nao tem escorredor de arroz, nao tem escorredor de macarrao, nao tem tabua de carne, nao tem frigideira, nao tem colher grande para pegar arroz, nao tem pegador de macarrao...enfim precisa dar uma geral para melhorar e nao precisa gastar muito. é uma pena, pois o valor pago 250,00 nao justifica... nao alugaria de novo.
