The apartment is located in a quiet area of Argelès Plage, between the pines 100 meters from shops (bakery, restaurants, newspapers, bars, ...) and 300 meters from the beach.
There is a private parking space near the building.
The 29m2 apartment is located on the second and last floor of a small building.
It is equipped with a kitchen with: hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary accessories and a washing machine.
Side lounge, you will find a table and 4 chairs, a convertible sofa bed and a TV.
In the room, two single beds are at your disposal, you can bring them closer if you wish, you will have direct access to the terrace.
The terrace of 9 m2 is perfect to enjoy the sun on the deck chairs (not overlooked) or to sit around a meal.
It is accessible from the living room and bedroom.
You will have wifi throughout the apartment.

Appartement bien situé, calme en cette période, idéal pour 2 personnes. Terrasse sans vis à vis.Très propre et bien équipé.

Emplacement et situation agréable, accueil avec une bouteille de vin régional,très sympa!
Logement mignon et décoré tendance,
Le point faible à amélioré est l hygiène et la propriété globale de l appartement, ( qui est visiblement très demandé ),attention également au linge de lit à apporter voir les dimensions.
