Unique property nestled in tree line above lakeway marina in cove off of Lake Travis. Our stay was very peacefull and quiet. We were in unit 10 and it is well appointed and sits above the cove in the tree line. - Suggest that booking should have a map of which unit is which so when booking you can pick as the are all unique and situated in slightly differnt views and balcony locations. Although built in the 70's , the interior of ours was up to date with all facilities working fine. Very clean. Check in and out was very easy.

Parking is a bit tight in front of actual units depending on which one you get, however you can park in marina and office area to rectify. Obviously very old construction and although they have been remodeled to good standard abilty to hold heat and cool is somewhat compromised but not to point of not being comfortable. In fact if window coverings are down during sun the units cool quite cool and quick. Suggest slightly large and new TV - Smart TV that you can throw your own netflix or whatever on would be good but did have good cable and fair wifi - noted that probably not there for TV but nice to have in later evenings. Bathrooms could be bit more updated and vanity shelves needed in some .
