Fenêtre cassé dans la chambre et comme il a fait mauvais temps , il y avait de l’eau sur le rebord de la fenêtre et lunettes des toilettes cassé.

The location The fact that the department is big enough for 6 people. Good beds in general. Had all the necessary things in the kitchen.

The small amount of basic things such as toilet paper, garbage bags and bath gel (We were 6 people and came for a week and got something like 6 toilet papers total and 2 garbage bags) The department doesn't really fit comfortably for more than 6 people. There is one good room and the other 2 rooms have very low ceilings, we needed to bend alot.

Apartment was ideally located, slope views were perfect and located in the centre of town so close to restaurants and bars. The facilities were just what you needed for a skiing trip. Beds were relatively comfortable, probably the best we have had on a ski trip. The apartment was clean and well presented, with all linen and towels provided. Staff were friendly when I spoke with them over the phone, but saying that we didn’t actually see any staff as the keys were located in a key safe outside of the apartment. The apartment is set out with one master bedroom with full en-suite, and two other bedrooms- one having a double bed and the other having bunk beds in. There is a toilet in between both these bedrooms. Also there is a double sofa bed located in the lounge area.

The two bedrooms with a double bed and bunk beds had no doors on them, this was a problem with privacy when there were seven adults in the apartment. The toilet that’s located outside the two bedrooms also is an issue as other than the en-suite it’s the only toilet and with seven adults present and no doors privacy was restricted too.
