Fane's Apartments

We loved our time at Fane’s apartment. The apartment is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay. The terrace with the views overlooking the ocean is beautiful! Its close to restaurants and bus stops. 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the amazing view over Himare beach (the photos don't even do it justice) and the most beautiful sunsets each night. The apartment is a bit difficult to find, but the host sent us such clear instructions and a video to follow the whole way to find it which was very much appreciated! The apartment was clean, spacious and had cooking equipment for us to use. It was so handy to have a washing machine to use as well. There was a bit of laundry detergent left there for us, but not a huge amount so would suggest bringing your own or confirming with the host beforehand if there's enough provided. It was a great location too.

It's worth noting that there is noise from a nearby bar, but I think it ends at about 10.30pm each night. Some of the PowerPoints didn't work very well, and the room was quite hot as whilst there was a fan, the aircon unit was out in the lounge room. The room is quite dark, as the window looks out onto a wall.

Wonderful apartment with the perfect location. Close to the centre of Himare and seconds from the beach. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. We especially loved the patio overlooking the water. There’s also a washing machine and drying rack included in the unit which we found so handy. Overall had a wonderful stay!

Bathroom could be updated, showering makes the whole bathroom floor wet. Kitchen could also come a bit more well equipped.

Screen door to keep mosquitoes out. There are some steps involved to get to the property but location is easy to find.

No hot water during our 3 day stay. Shower Nozzle holder was broken so cold shower with hand held nozzle. Glass front door did not lock and is broken. We had to try and tune the TV in ourselves as it was not plugged in or working. Cable/Satellite looks like only 4 sports channels. Free toiletries advertised is only hand cleaner. There was no bath in our apartment or BBQ to use even though listed. Property works on key in slot to operate electricity. We were given bottom apartment and you can hear every time the toilet from upstairs is flushed. It is right above your bed in the bedroom. Disappointing Stay considering basics you pay for are not working or available but you still required to pay the full cost for the room when you vacate.
