Phòng rất rộng rãi, thoải mái. Trong villa có bố trí máy giặt để có thể giặt đồ. Vị trí trung tâm, thuận tiện cho di chuyển. Xung quanh cũng có một số nhà hàng rất ngon và gần 7-11 để có thể mua sắm thoải mái. Có bể bơi chung để có thể thư giãn.
Villa có rất nhiều muỗi. Chủ nhà cần dọn dẹp và lau chùi sạch sẽ hơn một chút nữa. Khách ở dài ngày cần bố trí thêm giấy ăn, giấy vệ sinh, nước uống. Việc phản hồi tin nhắn cần nhanh hơn.

We enjoy the pool at the center courtyard. The house is nice, clean , large and setting in the prime location in Bangkok. Walkable to MRT Queen Sirikit

整栋房子空间很大，共有3个楼层，3间卧室均有卫生间。很方便，整体都比较整洁。
房间里蚊虫较多，且没有配备蚊香。而杀虫剂味道又很刺鼻！
设施较为简陋和陈旧，每间卧室只有一张床和一个沙发，没有桌子，不方便摆放私人物品。
其中一间卧室窗户把手损坏，浴室玻璃门关不上，其中一盏顶灯十分昏暗。不过幸好第二天管理人员来进行了维修。
