Clean and luminous appartment, of medium size. The rooms are big enough, with nightstands and nightlamps, good beds, good mattresses. Bathroom ok, large, clean, naturally aired, enough storage room both in the rooms and in the bathroom.. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Sufficient parking lot for 2 cars (free, as promised).. Excellent for a short stay for a group of 4 or long stay for a couple. Very good noise insulation and very quiet, in general, since there is no traffic. The host is perfect, nice, kind, understanding, efficiently solving issues when they come up.

The odd decision to not provide blanket sheets. This is not hygienic and is uncomfortable, despite the blanket being washed. In our case it was partially solved.by the host bringing us (bed)sheers. Proper blanket sheets (i.e. "enveloppe" like) should be used. Better sheets in general should replace the present ones. It is far from center and one needs either uber/bolt or public transport to get there. However, these are not pricey and, when adding up, the result is definitely muich less than a more central accommodation. These minusses are not dramatic and, if ever back, I would definitely choose Santana Appt.

The cleanliness and host

We were literally asked to vacate the apartment. Too abrupt. Felt like being forced. There should be one hour grace time at the time of departure. Usually the host are kind and understand the travellers situation. But they asked us to keep the room of the apartment open and stood although my family was in the wash room and one wanted to change before leaving. I found that a bit intimidating and unfriendly.
