Very near to New Delhi Railway Station, right in the center of the city. Parking is available. The service is excellent and the food quality is too good.”

The only drawback is that the interior looks a little old

1. The location of the hotel was suitable. 2. The bed mattress and a/c was comfortable. 3. The food menu price was affordable and tasty. 4. Good security with metalic lock system. 5. Good staff behaviour. 6. No noice pollution. 7. Money exchange, grocery shopping store, sim purchase store were located near the hotel.

1. Behavior of one of the receiptionists were very rude, mean and disgusting. 2. Presence of small roaches. 3 Small fridge didn't work. 4. No TV remote to operate the TV. 5. No window/balcony inside the room

Close to main bazaar. That’s the best attribute.

Not bad for a prison… I take it this used to be a prison before it was converted to a ‘hotel’. Dingy, smelling of cleaning fluid. Bathroom tap was barely working Grubby towel on the floor outside the bathroom. Room was clean enough but felt grubby. Room service helpful and friendly but reception sullen and disinterested Typical hotel which assumes you are only staying there because you have no choice and therefore no need to offer anything but the basic minimum standards. Couldn’t wait to leave. Avoid if you can. Not good value if you compare around the area. Wouldn’t feel comfortable here as a single female traveler. Or any traveler … as I think this review makes clear.
