About this house rental
Our year round 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation rental home is located in a quiet private community at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains with resort-style amenities.
Located in Linville Land Harbor Resort (about 25 minutes south of Boone, 10 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway & Grandfather Mountain)
Our fully furnished home features:
A large fully equip kitchen, including coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave
Washer/dryer
Dining for six
Wet bar with beverage frig
Master Bedroom - King Bed
Second bedroom - Trundle Bed (2 twins)
Pull out sleeper sofa (upgraded queen memory foam mattress)
large deck with gas grill and fire pit
Wifi
Cable TV
Bluetooth speakers
Resort amenities include: trout and bass fishing, beautiful 18 hole golf course, free swimming in heated pool, game room, lake kayaking , biking (bring your own), tennis, hiking trails, playgrounds, horse shoes, soccer, etc. (some activities are seasonal and some have a fee).

My girls and their boyfriends had a 1 day school ski trip with PECHS to Sugar Mountain NC. We live a little over 5 hours away. I figured it would be a great opportunity to bond with the kids and continue the fun over the weekend. This is the first time renting a Vrbo property and let me tell you this place is a little gem. I felt so at home during our busy short trip with my family. I really believe it is due to the charming vintage & modern mixture. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking equiqment, there is also a grill and outdoor fire pit table. The rest of the home is well stocked with little things that you might have forgotten to pack. My favorite amenity though as a stressed momma is the tile shower that never gets cold omg I could have lived in there the whole trip lol. The property is also very close to restraunts/shopping/skiing /attractions. I cant wait to book again and didn't want to leave so soon.

This home was easy to find and my expectations. Clearly recently updated. Comfortable beds. Extremely clean. Well stocked kitchen. Delightful outdoor patio. There was a little difficulty getting into the unit initially, but after about 30 minutes, the property manager corrected the entry code and we were able to get into the home.
Community has lots of activities, however, it seems that Pickle ball and Tennis courts are locked unless you have a code or membership
