The home was beautiful, very clean & perfect for our family vacation! Just a few steps to the New River, where we spent every day kayaking. We had all the best amenities & couldn’t be happier with everything! We gladly recommend this family friendly home & will definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved our vacation here, it was perfect for our large family.

The property was huge and although we did not use the sixth bedroom (Buffalo Room), it was there if we needed it. We really enjoyed the gargantuan den,,because it allowed all of us to gather and each person had his or her space, if needed. We enjoyed playing the games that were provided. Overall, a wonderful place and a great time.

11 of us have stayed at this lovely getaway the past 2 years for our annual fall gathering of old college friends/spouses. We think it is perfect! Great space inside and out to visit without being on top of each other and having to talk over one another. The view of the river from the porch is fantastic, not to mention the sunsets. We have used the outside and inside fireplaces as well as the fire pit and have thoroughly appreciated the supply of firewood provided. The house is clean, decorated beautifully and kept up well. The kitchen is well equipped. We truly didn't want for a thing while there and look forward to staying there again in the future!

This house is stunning and the location on the river in the Fall is breathtaking. The owner has thought of every amenity that guests could want/need and any issues that we did have were addressed easily. Definitely recommend for friends getting together, family gatherings, etc.
