This spectacular 11th floor condominium has a wrap around balcony with amazing beach and island views from all rooms! The condo offers an open floor plan, coastal décor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile.. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)
Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities with walking distance. At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also.
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Property impression was good, only downside was distance to beach so we didn't do as much beach time as normal when vacationing in Florida. Property was great, great view. I do have an issue with having to pay $100.00 for parking at the property after arrival, not a great amount of money but to me that should be rolled into the pricing if anything. There are no parking issues at all so why the extra $100.00, just felt like they taking advantage the way it comes across.

Enjoyed our stay - really liked the corner unit with wrap around patio and views on both sides. Liked that is wasn’t facing the pool as the crowds there can get noisy. Quiet at end of towers and no other building past us on the beach. Great walking out past tiger tail beach. The one area for improvement would be the living room and dining room furnishings as well as baths were quite dated and the furniture and carpeting was dirty. Needs a good cleaning and some slip covers or just updated furnishings. Didn’t really impact our stay but it would have been more comfortable if things were cleaner and updated at least in part.

Location is beautiful....right on the beach and really close to Tigertail. The condo is well stocked with the essentials. The only issue we had is that there was construction going on directly above this unit and it was extremely loud as they were replacing windows and they had to jackhammer the existing windows out. We contacted property management, but as they were at 100% capacity, there was nothing they could do. If you are booking a unit, I would just inquire if there is construction occurring around the unit. Minus the construction....the unit was a 4 star.
