The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
The house is decorated in a modern style, with stylish design details. Upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player.
The outdoor area
The covered terrace and the pool area offer plenty of space to relax. Outside there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue (fee), garden, parking and private pool (5.5 mx 4 m / 1.5 m) with electric pool heating (fee) and solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed).
