Really enjoyed staying here … was very comfortable … even the beds! It had a great kitchen And outside grill . Loved the back
Porch and hot tub. It was especially a treat being able to walk everywhere including the dog park!

This was a great spot for our family to spend a month away from the scorching heat of Texas! The house's location is ideal--just 5 quick minutes from the mountain village, and about 6 from downtown. We were close enough to bike/hike/walk downtown and play in the Yampa, but we were also away from the busy-ness of the the city and the village, which was important to us during these crazy times.
The house is well-equipped with anything you could need! The kitchen is well appointed and supplied for cooking great meals and celebrating. The house is super close to 2 big grocery stores and not far from some specialty stores. And, our family loved the hot tub, the pool table, the workout equipment, and the basement for hang out/down time.
Overall, we would recommend this place and we would stay here again!

This home is as advertised and the owners were great. While we had a bit of an issue with the hot tub, the owners were very responsive. They were also great in providing recommendations and insights into Steamboat.
