    When I booked this hotel, there were no negative reviews, so I expected a decent stay. There were even cheaper hotels available, but I chose this one because the reviews looked good. If I had known what I would experience, I would never have booked it. From the moment I opened the door, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I soon found a bug near the hand wash area in the bathroom and asked reception for help, but it disappeared before the staff arrived. A few hours later, I found a large bug on the floor surrounded by many smaller bugs. The next day, while checking out, I found another very large bug on the curtain. Please see the attached photos. The drainage was terrible. While showering, the water barely drained and rose up close to my ankles. Both the shower drain and the sink were badly blocked, and the water took a very long time to go down. I have attached photos of this as well. The power outlet situation was also unbelievable. There was no easily accessible outlet for charging my phone or using the hair dryer. I had to unplug the TV to use the hair dryer, and to charge my phone, I had to physically move the table holding the refrigerator because the outlet was hidden behind it. I have never seen such an impractical setup in a hotel. On top of that, the hair dryer did not work, so I had to go to reception again for help. During just one night, I honestly lost count of how many times I had to ask for assistance. The entire stay felt extremely unpleasant and unhygienic because of the bugs, the smell, the blocked drains, and the poor room setup. I was very relieved that I had booked only one night. The only positive point was the reception staff. Although communication in English was difficult, they were kind and genuinely tried their best to help every time I asked.
