About this house rental
Holiday home with a large outdoor area, private pool and spectacular views of the sea and Teide on the island of Tenerife.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining room and a kitchen with dining table. Meanwhile the upper floor with its double bedroom, its bathroom with bath and its office offers total privacy.
The whole house has WIFI and the living room with its dining table, satellite TV and its music system is the perfect space to enjoy a convivial evening with family or friends.
The outdoor area not only offers a private swimming pool (7 m x 4 m / 1,9 m) with electric heating (23 - 25°C for an extra) but also a nice terrace with dining table and barbecue to enjoy the wonderful views to the sea and the Teíde.
No parties/events/celebrations are allowed in our accommodations.

Highly recommended! Everything was just perfect! Stunning property, very clean, quiet, nice decoration and very spacious. Amazing outdoors with spectacular view on the ocean and the Teide. We had an amazing holiday, thank you very much Caesar for your warm welcome!

Really great villa! Very clean, good interior design, nice garden, fantastic view of Teide and ocean. You feel really at home - it is perfectly maintained and you have everything you may need. César, the owner of the villa, was very helpful with tips. There are few nice walking trails nearby, good beach with black sand and small fisherman village El Pris with simple but pleasant restaurant with fresh fish. Would be happy to come back.
