L’appartamento è fantastico. Piccolo, ma ben curato e ogni angolo sfruttato , accogliente, caldo, arredato con gusto. Accoglienza con prodotti per la ns colazione, per la pulizia e situato in ottima posizione per raggiungere sia Bormio Centro sia Livigno. Perfetto per una vacanza a due , per serate romantiche davanti al camino

This little flat exceeded our expectations. We think it looks better in real life than in photos. You have everything you need to spend a weekend in the surroundings (Bormio ski station is approx. 10 min from the house) and you can cook for yourself, plus there is a very nice fireplace you can sit in front of during the evening. We particularly appreciated the care of the details and the helpfulness of the host which always replies in almost real-time and explained us everything at the arrival.

It is a really great place - I would say it has a perfect size and all very organized, cosy and romantic. Looks exactly like on the pictures here. The kitchen is full of all the possible things you might need during your stay. There are also candles, tea and coffee, welcoming fruits. If you need to buy some food - there's a mini-market 2 mins walk from the apartment. I was a bit afraid it might be cold due to the ground floor, but there is absolutely no problem with that. And the best part was definitely a fireplace. Watching fire is just hypnotizing - already miss that.

At the beginning we got lost a bit - there is another Casa Martinelli not that far away from this one. And that owner told us that it happened from time to time that people were coming to him instead of the right place. Maybe it's possible to indicate better this point in e-mail for example. Another thing is that there is a microwave but we haven't found an electric socket close so had to bring it to another place a few meters away. If you have a man with you that's not a big problem but if it's only girls - might be. And the last thing - there is no any instrument for adjusting logs in the fireplace, which would be helpful. I wrote this only because this site is asking - otherwise it would not be even worth mentioning. I'm very very happy with this place, owners have done a great job
