About this apartment rental
Welcome to our beautiful home! Spacious and safe locked off lower level of 5000 square foot home (DOWNSTAIRS ONLY/KITCHENETTE ONLY-empty nest owners reside on the locked off top floor out of the way) tucked away in the foothills of Colorado Springs, but yet close to everything including world famous Broadmoor Hotel, golf courses, hiking, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, biking, park, Historic Manitou Springs and much more. Enjoy the breathtaking views & abundant wildlife. Large (locked off) living area, foosball table, dart board, bbq & large outdoor patio for entertaining. Kitchenette with larger refrigerator, large toaster oven (NO FULL OVEN/COOK TOP), microwave, Keurig and coffee maker.
If working while playing, enjoy the safety of dedicated internet service. We always have at least 48 hours in between guests to allow time for cleaning, washing linens and sanitizing. We do take our cleaning seriously with the Covid pandemic. Home owners are vaccinated.
We charge a low $125 cleaning fee to cover time and costs to wash all linens, clean bathrooms and kitchen, vacuum etc. You are on vacation you will not be expected to clean or do laundry while you stay at our home.
We have lived in Colorado Springs for most of our lives and can help assist with any restaurant or entertainment recommendations to make your vacation a memorable one.

Great family friendly stay. Nice amenities and property owners have thought of the little extras to make the stay comfortable. Feels like a mini retreat with the occasional deer showing up to graze.

We had a great experience. The property is in a quiet location, very comfortable, and good amenities. The hosts Will and Kat are very attentive, responsive communicators, friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay and would love to come back.

I would like to thank Mrs. Kat and Mr. Will for the great hospitality during our stay. They were very helpful with any questions we had and gave great suggestions for places to eat. We enjoyed the home and its cleanliness and great location.
