About this apartment rental
Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with its own laundry. Located with in walking distance to restaurants, stores and shopping centers. stay with us and you will be delighted by astonishing views of the bay from the terraza where you can enjoy from having a cup of coffee or reading a book to a get together with new friends or maybe have a BBQ in case you feel like grilling your own stakes.
The condo has a pool table and a library on the lobby along with a small fitness area there is Wi-Fi access throughout the building and the pool has both sunny or shaded area.
The acces to our building is granted by electronic cards and is monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7 and has covered garages accesibles only with remote controllers so you will not only be really comfortable but you won't concern your self about safety there is an onsite manager at all times that speaks english and Spanish to assist you at all times.

It is a very large newly renovated condo right on the ocean. It's big enough for four adults without being under each other's feet. There is a very nice heated pool that is shared with the other condos; there are six condos total. Yoalo (Joe) the manager speaks English and is very easy to get a hold of. Walmart is within a block and a half, Starbucks is two blocks away, and La Comer is three blocks away. There is also a very good breakfast place, Cabana del Indio, very close to Walmart. You can't lose.

A very nice place.
You will never be disappointed with this condo. It has every convenience to make one feel right at home...a full size refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas range, microwave oven, Flat screen TV, a decent WiFi, and a good working AC system, comfy beds, two very nice bathrooms, lots and lots of storage space, and nice decor. The staff is very accommodating and always available. Walmart and La Comer, a nice size market along with other stores are a short walk away from the unit. This is a place to which we will be returning time and again for at least a month at a time.
We truly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace just taking in the refreshing sea breeze. Other times we just kick back in the lounge chairs watching the ships going and coming into port. There is a swimming pool, a small gym and a pool table on the property. You can step from the building onto the beach where you can walk for miles and feel safe. Thanks again to the staff for making us feel as part of the family.

Residencial Salahua es sencillamente perfecto. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, excelente diseño y equipamiento. Cuenta con una alberca compartida con los demás departamentos, que durante nuestra estancia estuvieron desocupados. También disfrutamos mucho una mesa de billar y algunos equipos disponibles en el gimnasio. La vista del departamento es espectacular, directamente ubicado sobre la playa. La localización del alojamiento también es muy conveniente, a un par de cuadras de dos supermercados, numerosos restaurantes y las vialidades que comuican con varias playas. El administrador Jolao nos atendió de maravillas, estando siempre al pendiente de lo que ocupáramos; inclusive una noche nos avisó que, en la playa frente a la propiedad, estaba desovando una tortga marina! Fue un espectáculo increíble e inesperado, a menos de 20 metros de la entrada al edificio. Manzanillo es un desino de primera, y el residencial Salahua fue una excelente opción, a un previo muy accesible.

This beautiful condo was perfect. Very clean and spacious, close to shopping locations. The staff works hard to assist and keep the place looking beautiful. Very thankful to Yolao, the manager, who was friendly and offered great service. For sure, going back again in the future and would recommend to anyone.
