RITA MARE seafront villas heated Pools

The villa had absolutely everything we could have wished for and more. What made our stay even more special was the warmth and thoughtfulness of the owner, Margaret and Kostas. Arriving to find the fridge already stocked with essentials for our first day was such a lovely surprise! It was one of those little gestures that means so much – we could simply settle in, relax and slip straight into holiday mode without worrying about a thing. This genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome and cared for, and we couldn’t be more grateful! We absolutely loved our little slice of paradise – a beautiful, peaceful beach just a two-minute walk away, with crystal-clear water and hardly another soul around. And those breathtaking sunrises from the balcony were simply unforgettable! The villa is perfectly located, offering privacy, tranquillity and everything you need to truly unwind and forget about the world for a while. A place that stole our hearts, not only for its beauty but also for the wonderful hospitality that made our holiday so memorable. We would return in a heartbeat!

Nothing

Really the best Villas there are. Fantastic aircon, kitchen is very functional, bathrooms are very good, both dishwasher and washing machine (and it is working). The pool is fantastic. It feels like home, but it is really luxurious at the same time.

100 m from the beach located; well equipped house; just 1.500 meter from the centre of Gennadi;

From time of booking the communication from Margaret was great. On arrival we were greeted by Kosta who gave us a tour of the villa and explained everything we might need to know for our stay. There was a lovely welcome pack of drinks, fruit, wine and a very nice home made cake in the villa for us. The villa exceeded our expectations and was even nicer than the photos. Everything we needed was provided (dishwasher tablets, washing pods for the clothes, first aid kit etc) We were very surprised that we had our villa refreshed every 4-5 days, bedding and towels changed . The pool was tended to regularly too. We loved the proximity to the really quiet beach. The village of Gennadi is a short drive away. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although I would recommend hiring a car. Not hugely important to us but the Wi-Fi was the best we’ve had in any accommodation in Greece. We had a minor reason to contact Margaret (a problem of our own doing) and she sorted it for us quickly. We look forward to staying at villa Rita-Mare again in the near future
