Solid, modern option for this area

Practical location, 1 minute from the motorway, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good sound insulation, could not hear the trucks passing right outside the window. Beautiful and comfortable bathroom, decent bed and useful kitchenette.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the oven in the kitchenette is tiny and very noisy, but that's really just nitpicking.

Horrible - Bed Bugs in the room

The location was awesome

Bed bugs infestation in the room. We had to change the room in the middle of the night. I appreciate the help of moving us to another location but we had to travel approx 50 minutes by car to reach. We wasted a full day of cleaning and drying our entire belongings. I shared all the pictures and videos via whattsap but no correspondence. Worst experience in my last 15 years of travelling. No follow up feedback from the hotel no formal apology. To make it worse booking.com didnt do anything.

AWESOME!!!

We would have love or enjoy if there’s breakfast. Though there’s Mc Donald in the building, but they open at 10 or 11, it’s too late. We still love the place even without breakfast. Would use the same place or recommend to family or friends in cases they are visiting Switzerland/Europe.

Everything’s perfect for our needs. We would like more coffee, equivalent to the number of days booked and number of guests. That would have beer awesome, so we would not be worried if we have no breakfast.

Perfect for an overnight stop in Switzerland.

Our one-night stay was the perfect stop on our trip through Switzerland. It was incredibly clean and very well-equipped, providing everything we needed.

We did have a bit of trouble getting in at first, but even though it was after hours, we were able to get help immediately via phone support. It was a great, hassle-free experience once we were inside!

Good place for our over-night stay

The apartment was big, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped (electric kettle, microwave oven, small fridge & freezer, stove, coffee machine for Delizio capsules). The apartment is literally 3 minutes drive from the highway, McDonald is in the same building (opened until midnight), and Lidl is across the road. When booking, I was not particularly excited about check-in via an app, but I have to admit it was pretty straightforward, user-friendly and quick.

The hotel is located in quite a busy area, our apartment was unfortunatey right above McDrive, so we had to close the window for the night (no air-condition in the apartment).

Ideal for a short duration for family with dog

Checkin and checkout was quite easy with an App. The location is very good from transportation and general shopping perspective.

Place can be noisy as it is facing Main Street and especially when you are required to keep the door towards balcony open during summer nights.

I only like the self check in concept

The room was very small for 4 people. I felt I had all the amenities (kitchen, living, bed, sofa, dining) in just one small room. We had no space to keep our trolley and no storage space for 4 people clothes. SInce it was just for 1 night, we could pass time. Definitely not a recommneded stay for more than one night. The bed looked clean when we arrived, but it was itchy overnight nad I felt like it had dustmites. The provided towels were washed bit looked like it was used many times and old.

Feels like your own home.

On arrival check in was easy and straightforward, there was chocolates left for us for treat and coffee for coffee machine. The property was very clean and tidy, nicely equipped kitchen, Comfortable bed and clean towels in the bathroom. Also the washing machine and tumble dryer on the site were really lovely and also I found laundry rack on the washing area was really useful. Feels like home. The best thing there was a McDonald's downstairs which was lovely and my kids loved it.

Noise from McDonald's downstairs as people sitting and chatting until late midnight, there wasn't any fan in the property as the weather was very warm.

The rooms both are in good size. There was cooking facilities with utensils provided.

Rooms was good and clean. All basic things were provided with cooking utensils. Location was very good. Parking facilities was available. Overall our stay was very good in this apartment.

The lift was not working during check out time as we have to carry all our luggage from 2nd floor and 1st floor. I have requested to have our both rooms together as we both family got children but both the rooms was in different floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor end which was difficult for us both families.

Easy to find and to gain access. The rooms were clean too. Bathroom was lovely.

One room was west facing and the shutters had not been closed before we arrived so the room was very very hot all night. We had to close the window due to the continuous traffic noise barely meters outside. Air con should be supplied if four are to sleep comfortably in the summer.

Online check in, it is so complicated to automaticly get the keys and even worest to unlock the doors. No stuff at the hotel, and that is worest part cuz if you make a mistke there is noone to help and you will make a mistake with online check in...my friends felt like in the Escape movie 2

Value for money - particularly for Switzerland. Facilities to cook. Spacious bathroom. Very nice room and would totally stay again.

Having read previous reviews, we knew we were going to be above a McDonald's so that was no problem, but it didn't state anywhere that this was the case... so might be worth writing that in the spec so people aren't surprised when they turn up.

The outside curtains open automatically during the night and there is no any internal curtain to protect from the light. This is a real problem and the management doesn’t want to consider it. Smart curtain is not an answer, you shall solve the problem of the light.

if your phone works to open the door, then all is good and perfect!

It worked... so it was OK.

When a room key comes to your phone, I'm not sure if really all requirements are well described here... something like: - what kind of mobile phone is required? Is this a modern smartphone from some last generation or is good enough also some old fashion phone for old people? - this is Swiss, not part of the EU, mobile roaming can be very expensive, so I don't want to use mobile data in Swiss. Knowing this, does it work if I set up an application at home and already get a key on a trip to Swiss when I do have internet? - what is really required to open the door? Blue tooth, internet, NFC? I was able to open the door with no internet, but the next day app. becomes red on the screen with only one message "No internet" and I was forced to enable mobile data to get the app back and to open the door. If so, please write down clearly that the internet may be required or fix the app. to be able to work fully offline. Maybe it really enough to put a phone close to the door reader but from app. point of view this was not clear and confusing as it wanted the internet. Also WiFi from the room works in front of the room door but not in front of the main entry door. I realized the main entry door was not really locked, so no issue..
