Comfortable studio at great location. Friendly host and welcome. Spacious and modern bathroom with hot shower. Filter coffee as well as Nespresso machine. Walking distance to restaurants (recommend Ficus), supermarkets and beach. Parking at the property.

Lay-Out of the studio. Entrance from the pool area into the bedroom. No windows in the bedroom. Sofa and kitchen table in confined area. Pool was quite fresh at end of September.

An amazing find! The location is superb, 5 minutes walk to the beach, a bus stop across the road from the property. The hosts, Antonio and Katerina are excellent, they really want to make sure you have the best possible time in Kos. They show interest in what trips and excursions you are planning to take, they offer honest opinions. My daughter and I were planning to go on a half day boat trip, and she asked us, 'why, why do you want to go on this trip? I think that one would be better'. She advised us what time to go to Kos Town to avoid the heat, and arranged a trip to the local village for us. The hosts chat to the guests, mainly British, every night, and seem really friendly with repeat customers, whom they are many.

There was nothing not to like.
