Tucked away in a quiet corner, yet just a hop, skip, and a jump from Canyon Lodge ski area, the Lake Mary Bike Path, and a year-round shuttle that’ll whisk you right to the Village. Talk about convenience with a capital C!
This complex is like your very own playground, complete with a game room boasting a pool table and ping pong (let the friendly competition begin!), a toasty hot tub, a rejuvenating sauna, and a summer pool that’ll have you feeling like you’re living the dream. Inside? Oh, it’s a total vibe. We’re talking sleek granite countertops, fresh new furnishings, wood floors that are so chic, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace that says, "come relax and unwind."
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials so you can channel your inner chef and whip up a feast! The loft area? It’s got an en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, queen bed, and a twin bed—perfect for three people to enjoy some good ol' R&R. The downstairs bedroom features a comfy queen bed, its own flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. Oh, and that couch in the living room? It pulls out into a queen bed for those extra guests. We’ve thought of everything to make sure you have the best vacation ever.
Just a heads-up: Mammoth condos don’t have A/C (it’s never that hot here). A few windows cracked open, and you’ll be cool as a cucumber. BBQ? Only available in the summer, but trust us, it’s worth the wait. Also, if your stay extends past two weeks, there’s a $250 cleaning fee added on, but hey, totally worth it for the extra time in paradise.
Parking? We've got you covered with space for up to two cars right in front of the condo—first-come, first-served.

This property was in a very convenient location close to Canyon Lodge. Check-in was easy, but upon arrival the wifiv was not working (it turned out the password had changed and it had not yet been reflected in the check-in instructions) and the hot water was not working. To the owners' credit she had the hot water heater replaced on the first day, but it was disruptive and not a relaxing first day. Otherwise the facilities were great- the boys loved the game room and the hot tub, and it was a comfortable stay once the initial issues were resolved.

The condo was perfect for our snowboarding trip. The queen size bed upstairs was very comfortable. The heater worked great to warm the whole place. The fireplace was very cozy, however we did need to buy our own wood. A humidifier was provided and a nice touch. There are floor heaters in the front of the condo. The kitchen was stocked with cookware to make a yummy home cooked meal but we did need to buy every ingredient, including salt and pepper (which we left for future guests). The only thing we were a bit bummed to find was that the jacuzzi out of service.

This is a nice little one bedroom with loft. The beds and beddings very comfortable. It is lacking a lot of essentials in the kitchen so not very convenient for cooking and eating there. Only 3 glasses, only one glass wine with a crack.. No salt and pepper. But the coffee filters were appreciated.
