Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Private, quiet, close to skytrain, and well equipped. Host communication was also very good. Would be happy to book again.

Clean, convenient, minimal amenities but adequate.

Very clean. Minimal towels, no washcloths. Bed was stiff. No opportunity for heat and temperatures were in 40’s. New key added to lockbox that was unlabeled which caused a lock out problem but proprietor did come to help us. Very conveniently located to public transportation. Guest handbook was very thorough.

I do not like to walk around without shoes on. Slippers provided were about 4 sizes too big! Wire my swim socks.

Bright roomy and fantastic location

Large self contained one bedroom apartment. Kitchenette well equipped with airfryer; microwave; small bar fridge and sink! Shower has great pressure. Light and bright despite being basement renovation. Small dining table with chairs; sofa bed; desk and tv that was hooked up to streaming platforms.

A bit of a mission getting car in/out of gate as you have to open gate from inside property which is accessed from another Street, easier with two people. Washing machine would make stay perfect.

Great location, great home, all amenities and privacy provided

No sound privacy. You can hear everything upstairs and from the other side of the basement, made it hard to sleep. And you can hear everything outside. As well as there was only 1 fairly thin blanket and a couple small flat pillows. Only 1 big and small bath towel and 1 kitchen towel. Lack of enough amenities for a couple/small family.

Superb

Great instructions , communication. Fantastic location if you don't want to stay in the centre but get to it easily. We hired a car and this was great for us as parking is great and access to all areas of Vancouver just 15mins away. Has all the facilities you need, ironing, coffee, hairdryers etc...

If I was to mention a couple of small tweaks that might take this from 9/10 to 10/10..... Bath has no plug so this for me would make a difference. An extra pillow each. Very small tweaks on a fantastic stay.

There is no stove or oven (I knew that and it was not a problem at all for me). But there is a microwave, sink and fridge :-)

good for people who leave home once they get the instructions

the location was very good, the suite was brilliantly clean. The most accommodating aspect was a guest log in for Netflix. Coffee machine required specialty capsules. WIFI was more than adequate.

Because i travelled from Toronto to Vancouver I had asked for the instructions earlier as the train has no WIFI and I had wanted to print the instructions out. This was ignored and i received the instructions on google doc upon arrival. The train station personnel were excellent helping me to find some free wifi and convert the format to a pdf format which could then be read on the phone. I had asked early in the year or late last year and got no reply. Fortunately, the train station took on my bags for free as the 'host' said they don't run a luggage service. I would not recommend this property to anyone taking a transatlantic flight or Via train service as they will not give any info out until 2 days before arrival. Few people travel with a printer.

When you wanna just get a good nights sleep to take in the excitement of Vancouver!

Clean and easily accessible without the craziness of parking and driving in the city center. Had what we needed for a couple of nights. Also beautiful neighborhood with cherry blossom and good ethnic eateries was the bonus. Quick and easy access to the city center as well.

We enjoyed our stay as it met our needs for a pre-cruise place to reside.

I like that the property was clean, comfortable, spacious and the shower worked well. The property was located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, not too far from stores and restaurants. My Wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others.

I was very surprised at how small in size and thin the silverware was. It seemed like it was a set for children. I had a tough time getting used to the low height of the shower door frame on the tub and banged my head a few times.

There were no sheets or blankets on the hide-a-bed in the living room, which we were assured would have bedding on it. There was only a bottom sheet for the couch, and no blankets or top-sheet. There were NO mirrors in the apartment, save for the bathroom vanity. Every bedroom should have a mirror.

It’s a lovely girly place so nice and clean I even couldn’t expect. The bed and bathroom are amazing. Backyard is cute and you will have your own little patio. SkyTrain station is 6 mins waking. Wi-Fi is good also.

The Villa was super clean. Everything looks like it was made for a show room. It was super comfortable, and there was everything that we needed - pots, pans, stove, microwave, towels, hairdryer, soap and shampoo, cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets. It feels like home! I would actually live there if I could.

Didn’t have eating cutlery - spoons/fork. Also the bathtub was too slippery, would be nice to have a non-slip mat somewhere.

A wonderful antidote to a busy working week.

Best kept secret in Vancouver! Quiet, clean, comfortable, good location, natural daylight, spacious suite, outdoor seating area, and a well equipped kitchenette. The worst part about leaving this review is that someone may have this suite booked the next time I am needing to come to Vancouver (I have stayed in this suite several times before writing this review).

A slightly larger refrigerator would be nice.

Because of central location, this place will be, the first the first choice.

This was a learning experience in travel during COVID-19 conditions. In that I had not realize that 72 hours post arrival restriction stay to be in designated hotel by public health department. Jacqueline was understanding of the situation and upon my request tried to accommodate us post 782hours to stay the rest of the 14-day isolation. However, she was not able to fulfill this request for the reason of previous reservations. Maybe, somewhere in the website could be posted the hotels qualifying first 72 hours isolation and this particular location qualifies for the rest of the 14 day isolation.

In serious consideration of prevailing COVID-19 restrictions, there is nothing to speak off at this time. The stage is being set for the the health protection of the people. All is good. One final other downside that comes to my finite mind is the lost opportunity to share what the underlying cause of COVID-19. And trust that we all hopefully are learners and seeker for the truth that really matters.
