the location
very poorly equipped, lack of basic things that you’d need if you arrive late in the evening, like toiletries and toilet paper. Very poor potteries, not even a tablecloth. Also, every piece of furniture in the house looks very much cheaper than Ikea.

The office to colect the key is 6km away. When you dont have the car is quit complicated.

Rather hard to communicate with the owners
Decent location in the middle of Pozza di Fassa, quite close to the ski lifts. The apartment itself was allright but nothing special, for the price I expected a bit more from the kitchen (an oven for instance). Two bathrooms were very nice, easier to get around with 6 people.
The logic of only one parking spot for a 6 people apartment is a mystery to me. The internet was not working but it's not even just that; we mentioned the issue to the owner/agency several times, they said they will fix it but did nothing. I uderstand that issues happen but the owners didn't seem to pay any attention to solve it. The owners seemed to keep forgetting that our reservation is until the 4th of January, not the 2nd (a bit random to me). They weren't very flexible with payment on the first day either, we couldn't pay with an american express or a debit. It would be nice to have ski boots dryers in the ski room (again, not necessary but for the price rather expected)

Appartamento comodo, tranquillo e soleggiato. Siamo stati bene, ci torneremo
Ottima la posizione:vicina al centro e comoda per gli impianti di scii, ma tranquilla e con splendida vista. Materassi comodi e bagni spaziosi. La fornitura di piatti/pentole/bicchieri è abbondante.
Avremmo gradito la presenza di alimenti ‘base’ come olio e sale, che invece mancavano. Un cuscino in più avrebbe fatto comodo! Da sostituire la lampadina sulle scale.

Da migliorare le dotazioni interne come: prese esistenti non usufruibili con elementi in dotazione; lampadine mancanti; impossibilità di ottenere un po' di benessere in bagno a causa delle temperature.
