La propreté et les équipements
Le manque d insonorisation vis à vis des rues très passantes d’un côté comme de l’autre . Le fait qu il n’y ait pas de parking .

Espacios muy grandes, las habitaciones son amplias, el salón, la cocina.
Muy cómodo porque 2 habitaciones tenían baño y la tercera podía usar un baño con acceso desde el pasillo.
El ascensor es viejo y el botón del 4º piso está roto, por lo que tienes que bajarte en el 3º o en el 5ª piso. En resumen... no había visto nunca un ascensor al que le falte el botón para pulsar un piso.
