Die Anlage des Ocean Walk Resort ist super. Der Meerblick-Balkon auf der 10. Etage war auch super! Ansonsten hat die Wohnung aber die besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren relativ neu, aber oben drauf lag centimeter-dicker Staub. Trotzdem war es geräumig und eigentlich akzeptabel. Stellenweise gab es sehr schöne Ausstattungsstücke wie Bilder, Spiegel, Sprüche, Bordüren und Haken.
Es gibt gerissene Bodenfliesen im Badezimmer und in der Küche. Von den Küchen- und Badezimmer-Möbeln blättert bereits das Furnier ab. Die Spülmaschine ist alt. Der Tresor ist kaputt. Im Küchenschrank gibt es eine Mehrfach-Steckdose, die total verdreckt ist.

The view from the unit and balcony is fabulous! The unit was clean and comfy and so easy to settle in and relax. Joe and Cindy are excellent property managers, always available and very helpful. The amenities at the Ocean Walk are outstanding.
There is nothing to dislike.

The property is in a good location and has great pools and is beach front
The room and the halls of have a smell of mildew/mold. A roach jumped out of my towel in the room.
