About this apartment rental
Enjoy the riches of the Côte d'Azur in style and optimally. In this unique and stately Villa, right on the beach, with its beautiful park garden with spacious swimming pool, you can completely relax. From the south-facing terrace you will dream away with the view of the Mediterranean sea and the sound of the waves.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. During the renovation, a perfect balance has been found between comfort, taste, luxury and preservation of the original appearance. The void with a height of 1 m 80 will be on the low side for a few, but when you look at the comfortable bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and furnishings, you are not inclined to stand for long. All the more so since you have a view of the Mediterranean from your bed.
There is a gated, secured parking for those arriving by car. Although there are of course numerous fantastic day trips to make, a car is not really necessary here as almost all facilities are within walking distance. Via the station you have quick access to Nice, Cannes and even Monaco.

Perfect for a beach getaway! The small double bed was cozy, and I loved having a fridge-freezer to store snacks and drinks, The proximity to local shops and restaurants made it very convenient,

Om te beginnen wil ik zeggen dat de afstemming en het ontvangst perfect door Gabriëlle geregeld was. De Rosé stond koud, alles zag er top uit en we kregen voldoende uitleg. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was ze altijd bereikbaar. Daarnaast was het appartement perfect voor ons 2en. Meer dan voldoende ruimte en met alle gemakken / luxe voorzien. Perfect. Ook het gebruik van het gemeenschappelijk zwembad was voor ons ideaal. Vaak waren wij de enige twee die aanwezig waren. Door de warmte gaf de airco de nodige verkoeling (was zeker nodig). Daarbij was het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon prachtig. Verder is eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. S'morgens even een wandeling naar de warme bakker en fruit halen bij "buurtsuper"en s'avonds binnen 5 minuten lopen meerder restaurantjes waar het heerlijk kon eten. Ook hebben we Nice, Cannes en St. Tropez bezocht. Wij hebben en dat is een aanrader, de trip naar Monaco met de trein gedaan. Gezien het drukke verkeer daar zou ik zeggen "laat de auto staan". Kortom we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad waarin de accommodatie een hele grote plus is. We komen hier zeker weer terug.

Ligging is perfect, direct aan de zee. Appartement is klein maar zeer netjes en goed uitgerust. Goed te doen met 3 personen maar voor 2 is beter. Groot en goed bed op de vide. Warm water gaat wel snel op, zal wel ergens een boiler zitten in het pand.
