Geräumig, sauber, gepflegt. Günstiger Garagenparkplatz, den wir aber nicht nutzen mussten (freien Platz vor dem Haus gefunden)
Nachbarn waren sehr laut (Laufband o.ä. In der Wohnung drüber bis nachts benutzt. Unterhaltung bis Mitternacht auf dem Hof und Balkone) - wofür der Vermieter sicherlich nichts kann. Zugang war etwas kompliziert. Eine nette Nachbarin mit gutem Englisch hat dann telefonisch vermittelt.

L’appartement était d’une propreté remarquable et au niveau équipements nous n’avons manqué de rien. L’emplacement était idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied.
L’insonorisation, mais je crois que c’est un souci partagé par tous les logements espagnols...

Ho avuto modo di parlare con i proprietari e di conoscere le signore che stavano finendo di pulire l'appartamento (essendo arrivato in anticipo). Tutti si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili. Addirittura, queste due signore mi hanno aiutato a stendere il bucato e dopo accompagnato per la città consigliandomi ristoranti e raccontando storie sulla città. Spero di tornare presto e ringrazio tutti per il modo amichevole e cordiale con cui mi hanno trattato.

La ubicación es excelente, esta muy cerca del centro, en 5 minutos andando estábamos en la plaza del pilar. Además el alojamiento cuenta con plaza de garaje si se quiere, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Los anfitriones y el personal de limpieza muy atentos y agradables. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando volvamos a Zaragoza!
