Comfy beds. Clean bedding. Safe and quiet location. Easy access to public transport. Note they take 200 EUR deposit at check-in. The pay it back after 7 days from departure.
The property could use some refreshment and repair - broken toaster, one window blind out of service, the other window blind closing to a half, broken bathroom door latch. Deep cleaning would be useful as well.

Getting access to the apartment is very unclear: it's not mentioned in the electronic messages of the property. Fortunately this time I still had the phone number to the Oshun helpdesk from a previous visit where I struggled to get in as well. Ultimately I was handed over a key to the apartment but it took quite some time talking to their helpdesk to understand that someone would bring the key. All in all in worked but took me almost one hour to get in....

The location is close to a local rail station and the airport.
This property management is extremely SLOW at refunding the security deposit. We stayed at this place on our way into and out of Madrid and both times we had to call Booking.com to help get our deposit refunded. They state 3 to 7 days after you depart. Funny how it's never 3 days. It's been 11 days since we departed and I'm having to call Booking.com to get the issue resolved. I would not book with this location next time. Also, they charge for late checking beginning at 8 p.m.
