The house is truly amazing. It is decorated like a museum, so beautiful, with works of art everywhere and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is also very well equipped with a good selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The view from the roof terrace is phenomenal and it is super quiet. The bedrooms are very comfortable with good beds and air conditioning. And then there is the beautiful swimming pool... It is wonderfully large, located in a beautiful garden and fortunately not too chlorinated. Even in high season, we had the pool almost to ourselves. Swimming under the stars in the evening with the beautiful lighting around the pool was a very nice option after a hot day. You can't swim in the lake, but this pool more than makes up for it.
The host is also really fantastic. He is very accessible and if there is anything, he solves it immediately. The lady who manages the place is also very helpful and welcomes you to give you the keys.
And then there's the location: very central to the towns in Umbria and Tuscany. You can easily visit Siena, Orvieto, Perugia, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Cortona, for example.
In summary: we had a wonderful holiday here!

Posto incantevole, immersi nel verde a due passi dalla strada che costeggia e circonda il lago. Casa splendida, accogliente ed una terrazza verandata che da sola vale il soggiorno. Gentilissimo e premuroso il proprietario come la Signora Giovanna che ci ha accolto come parenti. Bello!

Super phantastische Aussicht von der Dachterrasse über den gesamten See, welcher größer ist als der größte Binnensee Deutschlands. Der Pool liegt fast paradiesisch eingebettet in einem Meer von Palmen, Pinien, Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Er ist ansprechend groß und hervorragend für die morgendliche Erfrischung und zum Schwimmen geeignet.
Die riesige Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich toll eingerichtet mit Antik- Möbeln! Man fühlt sich wie in einem Schloss. Bäder und Küche sind modern und komplett eingerichtet. Mückenschutznetze an allen Fenstern- sehr gut!
Die Bratpfannen haben schon besser Zeiten erlebt und sollten ausgetauscht werden
