No parking on premises, must take shoes off

The apartment was clean, the AC was running and it was good and quiet, the wifi was excellent.

We had to take off our shoes before entering the hallway which led to our apartment. While the host offered slippers , these were used slippers, not brand new ones. This is not hygienic and is not acceptable in my book. I understand that one has to take off ones shoes when entering someone else's apartment if the host asks for it, but taking my shoes off entering an apartment I paid for is unacceptable. There was no private parking as advertised, but parking in a very narrow street. I did ask about parking the before we arrived but did not receive an answer. I did send sms and an email.

Great location - a few minutes to the center / old town. Shops and cafes easily accessible. The place is very clean and the rooms are really spacious. Dino is GREAT as a host - helpful with everything and easily reachable.

clean apartments on the ground levels in the center of Novi Pazar

I stayed in studio room. It was spacious enough for 1-2 people. it all looked very clean, not only due to white painting on the walls :) Had a fridge and small electric oven to make some coffee, eggs etc the parking is also - kind of easy, just the street nearby.

most of the apartments in this building (including the one where I stayed in) are located on the ground floor/ level, so there is not 100 % privacy, if you would need it. the window of the apartment come to the patio, where sometimes people sit and talk, just around your window.

For the price it was a super good room. Clean, spacy and with the basic things you need for one night. Close to city centre and easy to find.

The description said soundproof rooms. They were not soundproof. It's not that there was a lot of noise, but you could easily hear people in the hallway.
