Location was great. Facilities were good but a bit dated
Couldn’t get the TV to work. Were only there 2 nights but just one spare roll of loo paper so we ran out. Garbage bins were full and the lawn needed mowing.

It had a nice feel to it - in a quiet area. We liked the garden & parking was in the carport. Location great with a car.
For our 5 night stay, it was a real disappointment that the TV channels did not work through the Dish TV. Our contact in Queenstown could not help. We finally got into YouTube but each video would cut out before ending. All very frustrating with the old system there.
Bathroom had no power point.
Instructions would have helped us with turning on the wall switch for dishwasher.
Also, sadly, we didn’t notice the wall switch for fridge & turned it off. A simple wall note to highlight these 2 switches would help.
The steps up to the front door really need a hand rail for safety.
