Nice, clean, comfortable, spacious. Great parking. Easy to enter / exit.

I was missing a few small things: At least 1 roll of paper towels. A couple of coffee capsules, at least so we know what to buy if we need coffee. Shower gel and/or shampoo for the shower.

Good location, very nice and cozy apartment. Looks even better than the photos.

Apartment was really nice, had everything needed. Good location, quiet. Reccomended for family trip. Apartment is good walking distance from the condel. It has room for skies. Host is very welcoming.

The floors with stones were quite cold. I wish there were carpet or additional towels.

Pleasant enough but expectations were not met.

The area was very good with plenty to do and great scenery. Beds were comfortable, apartment reasonably well equipped parking was easy. Garden was nice and again well equipped. Schladming summer card was a real bonus and appreciated.

Photos were deceiving - apartment was not as spacious as we were expecting. A lot of road noise from the main road nearby. Directly opposite the neighbours are constructing 2 properties - learnt a lot about Austrian construction industry health and safety practices - didn't ruin the holiday but we should have been told in advance.

Everything was perfect. The host is so polite and friendly. Big house with all you need to have comfortable holiday. Next to the skiing lift. Warm and beautiful house. And box for ski is really helpful!)

Familienurlaub über Weihnachten

Wir haben in der Woche vom 20. bis 27. Dezember 2025 mit zwei Kindern und unserem Hund einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung in Schladming verbracht. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt – die Wohnung war gemütlich, sauber und bestens ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist ideal für einen aktiven Winterurlaub: Wir waren Ski fahren, Schlitten fahren und Schlittschuh laufen, haben die herrliche Umgebung erkundet und erwandert und viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Auch kulinarisch kamen wir voll auf unsere Kosten – die Gasthöfe und Restaurants in der Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Ferienwohnung familien- und hundefreundlich ist, was den Aufenthalt für uns alle entspannt gemacht hat. Nach unseren Unternehmungen war die Wohnung der perfekte Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene Zeit, können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
