A self-contained, imaculately clean apartment separate from the main house amoungst a beautiful cluster of family owned buildings. The apartment was stylish and well appointed. We had arranged for Florence to prepare a meal for us, and it was generous and delicious. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and talk to Florence and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Het is nog leuker dan de foto's al doen vermoeden. Topplek met heel veel eigen terrein er omheen waarin een monumentaal gerenoveerd 'theehuis' annex atelier en heel veel leuke zitjes verspreid in de tuin. De gastvrouw is ontzettend aardig, behulpzaam en attent en de zoveelste generatie eigenaar vol verhalen. Het appartement heeft ook een eigen terras direct naast het huisje (met zitjes en parasol) pal boven en uitkijkend op het riviertje. De inrichting van het appartement is goed, alles is aanwezig en het bed is comfortabel en groot genoeg (ook voor lange mensen). Het vormt ook een prima en rustige uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige omgeving zoals lac Madine en de steden Metz, Nancy en Toul. Diverse leuke bakkertjes op slechts enkele minuten rijden.
Niets viel tegen, alles is echt gewoon top! Zowel als tussenstop maar ook voor een wat langer verblijf is dit een ideale plek!
