Breezy balcony with mountain view, comfortable bed/room, very clean. Fridge on 2nd floor (though 2 flights of marble stairs not good for dog!). Support staff very nice, breakfast on terrace, or on your balcony, lovely. Nice pool, easy walk to lake. Very strange arrival phone call - hung up on because I did not speak Deutsch, needed to call again and put another guest on the phone. :( Tip: check in at the main hotel to hopefully avoid this strange and jarring unwelcome. Poolside rooms get afternoon sun, mountain slope rooms get morning sun.

Felt unwelcome by management, unclear I was booked on 2nd floor instead of 1st (with dog). 75 second phone call to the number given at the front door of hotel, to get hung up on, without success to communicate that I had arrived for the booked room. Support staff frantically sent over once I put another native speaking guest on a second call. Also be sure to check what you have already paid on booking.com before final bill. Could do with housekeeping yes/no for doors.
