Location and price are fantastic.
Cafe at front serves outstanding home made food at fantastic prices.
Bit outdated in decor but that’s ok for the price.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly, happy to help if there was a problem. Beds very comfortable so slept well.
The room was a bit shabby and the bathroom floor was spongy. There was dust around the bed legs

Breakfast can be improved if they can include cooked food.
Poor breakfast

Good service and clean property
Good location in leaving the accommodation and rough road on going to the location, as we have to drive 15 minutes on dark route no light at all,

Lovely staff, very approachable, friendly and helpful.
Cotey’s grill alongside was convenient, nice staff and basic but nice food.
Extremely dated property that felt dirty because of its age and footfall, even though I’m sure it is cleaned. Thin, lumpy mattress, ripped sofabed. The property itself either needs a full, extensive refurb or knocking down and started again. It’s on a very busy main road that is noisy, although the location for many would be very convenient.

Good disabled parking right next to the door.
The room was reasonable but the toilet was rather grubby. It was supposed to be a disabled room but the shower was over the bath, which neither of us were able to use as we couldnt climb into the bath. Although a previous review said that although it was at the side of the road there was no vehicle noise there certainly was in our room! Breakfast was cereal or toast, but the bread was very dry & the toaster took forever! Like a lot of other hotels only 2 tea bags 2 each coffee and 4 sachets of sugar, not enough for an overnight stay.
7.0 / 10.0
The Hotel was somewhat tired and in need of a refurb. What was there was Clean & Functional.
Although the Room Rate was exceptionally Cheap the included "Continental" only consisted of Cereals (No Alpen or Granola) & Toast! I would rather pay another £10 on the Room Rate for a better Breakfast.
Google "continental breakfast" & you may be surprised
Rubber or non-slip mats should be available for the Bath/Shower
A mini-fridge would be good for cold drinks and to keep fresh milk cold.
There was a lack of 13a Sockets ... only 1 single socket was free behind the TV. More Double 13a Sockets are needed some with USB sockets,

Convenience. Plenty of space, bedding clean and comfortable beds. Spare pillows. Clean towels.
Heater on full blast in room when we arrived, had to turn off and open windows!

Excellent staff. Clean & tidy.
Location on dual carriageway not ideal. Although in the room not loud.

There was nothing to like. Whole place felt sleezy and uncomfortable. Felt i had to check bed before getting in it. Bed was in fact comfortable. Breakfast was awful - Toast and cereal only with mug of coffee. Couple of old kitchen tables put in reception with people continually walking in and out.
Suitable only for the overnighting tradesmen. No hot water available after 8a.m. Bathrooms in extremely poor state, heating very hit and miss - 1st room offered had chipped, rusted bath enamel. 1st and 2nd rooms had broken tiles, holes where radiators and other fittings had been removed, broken floor and flooring, badly botched repairs in all areas, tired and stained furnishings in bedrooms. 1st bedroom had broken window frames and windows that wouldnt close. I'd struggle to give it one star - needs every room and facility stripping out and replacing.
5.0 / 10.0
The beds were really comfy. The room spacious.
The bathroom was showing it's age - toilet seat loose, the standard of the bath and tiles poor to average.
The water for a bath was like warm at 5pm. The extract fan overly noisy.
The road noise was more than I expected.
The bed only 3 pillows.
The room didn't look like it'd been checked as there was customers coat hangers left in the rails and debris under the bed.
If your room has been cleaned, you should be able to check in without an early book in fee. One or two dogs should be a set fee as the room will need a deep clean for any amount.

The breakfast was enough for the price paid for a B&B. Parking the car was very convenient. Room temperature was nice upon entering.
Norhing springs to mind.

Location was perfect. Exactly what we needed. Plenty of car parking space.
Easy check-in.
Brilliant, we could bring the dog & lots of outside green for a late-night walk.
Room was basic but as expected.
The breakfast was underwhelming.
Everything else was good.

Bedroom was tired looking and the furniture could be replaced, however the bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm.
The was a musty smell to the room, the windows could do with replacing as lots of mildew and mould.
6.0 / 10.0
Although this is an older style (late 80’s early 90’s hotel). The type you might have found next to little chef back in the day. The hotel itself has survived and is good value for money.
Reception area looked a bit rough. The receptionist sat behind a glass shield. Perhaps they forgot that we aren’t COVID anymore.

Nothing
Noisy, smelly, unhelpful staff, nothing left at breakfast, had to eat breakfast when they finally brought out bread, milk & orange juice in hotel lobby. Just horrible, made Travelodge look like The Ritz!

Located easily from the A1, the rooms
Were clean and warm. Breakfast was a simple help yourself to cereal, juice, tea or coffee and toast.
Looking very tired and needing a lot of attention, but for the price was ok
5.0 / 10.0
Location, price, night receptionist, Cotey’s Restaurant next door were all great and water was lovely and hot.
No tea bags, we needed the sofa bed but had to ask for bedding and then there wasn’t enough room to fold it out anyway, the first bed stopped it opening and there wasn’t room to move it, it was a complete waste of space, so not much sleep was had because second bed which was booked was not useable. Bath was very shallow.

The bedding was clean and so was the towels and the room.
The mattress so worn out I could feel every spring. So I had three sleepless nights and woke up with backache. The pillows were also very flat. There was mould around the bath and the toilet seat had come out of the brackets so I had push it back in. And the first day the hot water was running cold when I had a shower but was fixed the next day. The tv stand was also also broken with sharp edges.

Nothing especially,
The breakfast was very basic, the bed was firmer than I like, the hot water wasn't, access if travelling from the south is a pain; you have to go all the way up to Biggleswade and back again.

The shower was boiling hot even with the hot water off and the cold water tap on???

Close to location a wedding we were attending.
Breakfast set up in the foyer.
Rooms and all areas tired and looked like what you’d expect to find in a hostel.

Not keen on breakfast 'room'.
Chairs and tables cramped together.
5.0 / 10.0
The room was suitable for our needs. Comfy bed, good choice in TV Channels and the shower was hot with good pressure. We were only staying for 1 night as a last minute booking, but decided to return for a second night having enjoyed our previous night :) Thank you
The breakfast was very basic, though it was explained that there was no kitchen or restaurant onsite upon our second night stay. However it was enough for our needs and included in the price, however I wouldn't pay for it.

It is what it is…. Nothing to fault

Room was comfortable.
Too close to the main road, and the breakfast was minimal and take back to your room.

The property was a able to get a crib at short notice.
Breakfast was horrible, there was only toast and cereal with milk. I was expecting it to be more. Extremely disappointed. The bathroom was super out dated and unpleasant. The water said “caution hot” but it would be hot for a good 5 minutes and then turn cold. You could hear people through hotel walls.
