A warm, welcoming stay with beautiful views, kind staff, and thoughtful details that made our trip special.

We got a pass to access the mountain cars of many regions, including Mellau. The location was surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, and the balcony view was stunning. The staff were very kind and helpful. Fresh bread was available every morning for breakfast, and there was a coffee machine where you could use your own favorite beans. The room was clean, the kitchen had all the basic utensils (spoons, knives, etc.) neatly organized, and everything was tidy and in order. I also really appreciated that they gave me a thoughtful birthday gift, which meant a lot to me.

There were quite a lot of flies and mosquitoes, but maybe that is just part of being in such a natural mountain area.

Friendly and close to the ski-lift, a great stay in Damüls

Great hosts, very friendly and informative. The apartment was well equiped with all you need for a comfortable stay (great coffe machine, stove and hob, dishwasher, kettle, etc.). There is a nice balcony off the kitchen with a fantastic view of the Damüls old village church on the opposite hill. Parking in the hotel garage just over the street (plus plenty of on street parking if needed). There is a ski & shoe room next to the enterance with boot warmers/dryers and place to hang your skis/snow board. You can ski direct to the Uga lift from just along the street (150m walk, mostly flat) and you can ski back to the house from the piste that leads down to the Uga lift (if, unlike me, you don't miss the turn-off).

Bring house shoes (slippers for the more English folk) for inside (not a dis-like, just for info)

De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij, je voelt je meteen thuis. Voldoende ruimte in het appartement. Handdoeken, extra dekens waren voldoende aanwezig. De broodjesservice is ideaal.

Voor ons waren de gordijnen iets te licht maar dit hebben we makkelijk kunnen oplossen.

Fantastisch!

De gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaars. Niets was hen teveel. De rustige locatie in een pittoresk dorpje met een aantal eetgelegenheden. De broodjesservice vanuit de woning was een extra surplus.
